When you've got a development need in mind, but aren't quite sure how to deliver it, a workshop could be just the thing
Our workshops are a really cost effective way of delivering or improving a specific skill or behaviour. Or you might want a workshop to test a concept or new idea. We can design them as standalone pieces of activity, or to be part of a wider programme of learning.
The people we train needn’t be from a single same team – although that would, of course, be fine. Often, having a group made up of people working at different levels or from different functional areas of an organisation can be really useful, since they each bring a fresh perspective.
We’ll need to know the required outcome of the workshop – what’s its goal; what difference does it need to make? (Don’t worry if you’re not sure about articulating these things. We can help here!) Armed with this knowledge, we’ll be able to design an interactive, engaging, relevant session (probably containing some carefully selected elements of theory), focused totally on that end goal.
With the content approved, all that’s left is for us to deliver a fun, interactive, unforgettable workshop that we know will hit the spot.
Within the workshop, we’ll go out of our way to make people feel comfortable, and we’ll look carefully to see how they are reacting to their learning experience. It’s entirely possible that some need additional help, encouragement or persuasion. This is where our coaching expertise might help, outside of this environment, helping people to grow and develop to really achieve their potential.
If we identify such coaching needs, we’ll tell you. We can then have a chat about how best to put a coaching plan into action.
