The skill of a coach is the ability to unlock the individual’s true potential.
When we – or you – realise that coaching is going to be the best way forward, we’ll jointly agree the right intervention for those to be coached, bearing in mind the individual’s or team’s needs and your organisation’s culture. We know the power of this approach, and the huge impact it can have, even through a small number of sessions.
Our coaching draws upon lots of different theories, but all depend on our ability to listen, acknowledge, and ask powerful questions. We tease out people’s motivations, challenges and aspirations, with the ultimate goal of working out possible solutions that helping them fully realise their potential.
Coaching can be used to fill skills gaps and change behaviours in a multitude of scenarios. (We use it for leadership training, independent learning, personal impact skills, authentic leadership and motivational training – to name just a few.)
Because we so firmly believe in this approach, we also train coachees to become coaches themselves, so that they can pass on the good work to their own teams.
